How much will my delivery cost? 

As a small family run business, we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. Rather than hiding them in the price of our products, we instead ask for the below contribution towards our deliveries.

The postage cost includes delivery and packaging costs.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Our last posting day before Christmas is the 19th December so orders must be placed on the 18th but we recommend ordering sooner for delivery before Christmas.  It is a busy time of year, so to avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering as early as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for our couriers, or for any parcels which don't arrive on time. No parcels will be despatches between 24rd-30th December due to our staff taking a well earned break but we will aim to despatch all items immediately after that. 

When will my order be delivered? 

If everything you’ve ordered is in stock and ready to go, we aim to dispatch your order by 2pm the next working day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard & Light Parcel Delivery (Signed for)

Delivered usually within 3-5 working days. 

Heavy/Large Parcels (Signed for)

Delivered usually within 3-5 working days. 

 

Please note: At peak times deliveries can take longer, so please allow enough time. Unfortunately, we cannot influence how long our couriers take to deliver a parcel and can only notify them of a missing parcel once their period for delivery has ended. Most couriers are currently advising 5-7 working days for delivery in peak times. 

Willow and Wild care about the environment and so try to reuse packaging where possible.

How will my order be delivered? 

Home accessories will be delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes  and will be to sign for. Their standard delivery times are 3-5 working days but this can take longer at peak times and when there are issues resulting from the pandemic.

Please ensure you provide the correct address details and are available to accept your delivery as if items are not accepted, then they will be returned to us and we cannot refund the carriage charges.

Christmas Deliveries. We are aware that couriers take longer to deliver at Christmas and unfortunately, we cannot control this. Please ensure you allow enough time for your order to arrive before Christmas.

Our last day for Christmas Deliveries is 19th December, so you must order by the 18th but we recommend you order much earlier than this to avoid any disappointment . Unfortunately we cannot make any promises regarding the item arriving before Christmas but as we approach the big day we will try our best to get your parcel to you. We are aware that they are experiencing some delays due to the volume of parcels currently.

If you think your parcel should have arrived, please contact the courier using the tracking code provided to you by email. If you then need our help resolving any issues with your delivery, please email us the details and we will come back to you as soon as we have been able to contact the courier and obtained an update. Thank you

Please note - when you place an order and provide your delivery address, this is the information we will use and so you need to ensure it is accurate. We will not accept any responsibility for items being delivered to incorrect addresses. You must also be able to accept a deliver at this address and be available to take delivery. Royal Mail will generally attempt to deliver a parcel on three occasions, it may then go to their collection office and then maybe returned to us. We cannot accept any responsibility for orders placed where our couriers cannot make a delivery as no-one is home to accept it.
